5) Tops bump tactile type:

(a) Type I: The design is not appropriate, and it is easy to have two stages, but the surface plate is damaged, and the electrical performance also exists;

(b) Type I: there is no two-stage phenomenon, and there are few structural layers, which is economical. If the surface plate is damaged, the electrical performance will not exist;

6) Metal shrapnel type:

(a) Type A: the most basic and commonly used structure The shrapnel not only acts as a touch, but also acts as a circuit;

(b) Type A: Complex structure, used in the situation where there are more and more shrapnel and no jumper The shrapnel is placed on the upper line, the conductive surface of the upper and lower lines are upward, and the upper line needs to be punched. When this structure is connected, the four feet of the spring piece and the center point are not in the same plane, and there are 'two segments'. At the same time, the shrapnel is often in the strong state of excessive anti concave. Over time, the shrapnel will not rebound, so it is not recommended to use it;

(c) Type I: The spring piece is placed on the upper line and only acts as a touch. The upper line is conductive downward and the lower line is conductive upward. In case of 'two sections', it is not recommended;

(d) Type I: The spring piece is placed on the lower line, and both the upper and lower lines have wiring. The spring piece not only plays a tactile role, but also plays a role in connecting the upper and lower lines; It is used in the situation with more shrapnel, denser and no jumper. It is simpler than type (b). During the design, it shall be noted that the line routing shall avoid the four legs of the shrapnel to ensure no short circuit.

7) Luminous body type: the bottom rubber mold must be opened;

(a) The LED line is on the same layer as the lower line: the structure is simple, but the LED window should be convex, otherwise, the LED light will lift the top plate; Suitable for small LED lamps with low height or less LED lamps;

(b) LED line and lower line have different layers: the structure is complex, but the LED window does not have to be convex, so it is suitable to use dual color LED lights or occasions with a large number of LED lights; Punching die and bottom rubber die shall be opened;

8) Folding in half: this type can avoid jumper and make the conductive surface downward without grouting. The disadvantage of this structure is that the line is easy to break at the folding.

9) Waterproof inner and outer frames: the outer frame is a closed frame without wiring, which protects the inner frame and prevents moisture from entering the machine from the outlet groove.
